Cary Boshamer to Chancellor Sitterson Telegram

Document Description: Cary Boshamer, a significant donor to the University, wrote to Chancellor J. Carlyle Sitterson stating his support of Sitterson’s stance against the twenty-three demands made by the Black Student Movement and professors “encouraging the left-wings.” Sitterson received over one hundred letters from supporters across the state for his refusal to provide for the demands of the BSM.
